Detective Jacobs
Jacobs is lonely detective whose life revolves around busting his nemesis, Victor Vasco. Hard as he tries, Det. Jacobs seems to be always just one step behind. However, while he attempts to bust the city’s most infamous crime lord, he begins to discover the city has a much greater threat than just Victor Vasco. He will need to call upon the help of a man whom he once considered an enemy to end a killing spree that is now terrorizing the city.
